EU/EEA citizens do not need a visa to visit Poland. This also applies if you have a residence permit from an EU/EEA country.
If you are from a country on the list given here, you must apply for a visa, and must fill in the country you are a citizen of, and continue by following the instructions given by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Poland at this site.
Invitation Letter
When applying for a visa, an invitation letter from the conference is usually required as part of the application. You can contact the Organizing Committee (linstat2026 (at) put.poznan.pl) and an invitation letter will be provided on request. Note, that this letter does not obligate the conference organizers to cover travel, accommodation, fees, or any other costs associated with attending the conference in Poland.
To issue an invitation letter, we require the following information:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Country of citizenship
- Passport number
- Institution, city, country
