EU/EEA citizens do not need a visa to visit Poland. This also applies if you have a residence permit in an EU/EEA country.
If you are from a country on the list given here, you have to apply for a visa, and must fill in the country you are a citizen of, and continue by following the instructions given by The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Republic of Poland at this site.
Invitation Letter
When applying for a visa, an invitation letter from the conference must be usually attached to the application. You can contact the organizing committee (linstat2026(at)put.poznan.pl) and an invitation letter will be provided on request. Note, that this letter does not constitute an obligation on the part of the conference organizers to cover any travel and local expenses, fees or other costs associated with meeting participation and staying in Poland.
