Several accommodation options are available in the vicinity of the conference venue. Participants wishing to stay in a hotel may choose from a number of hotels and guesthouses located nearby or in the city centre.
The Local Organizing Committee has made arrangements for a limited number of rooms in Hotel ibis Poznań Stare Miasto and in student dormitories close to the conference venue. Participants are invited to consider these options, described in detail below. Please note that availability is limited, and early reservations are recommended.
Hotel ibis Poznań Stare Miasto
The organizers have arranged a limited number of rooms at Hotel ibis Poznań Stare Miasto, located approximately a 10-minute walk from the Politechnika Poznańska campus. This provides convenient access to the conference venue.

Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is to be made directly to the hotel upon check-in.
How to book a room
Participants should make their reservation directly with the hotel via email. When booking, please include the password LinStat2026 in your message to ensure you receive the special conference rate.

Note: Reservations are subject to availability, and we recommend booking as early as possible to secure your room at the special rate. Once the reserved rooms are filled, the hotel may decline further bookings at the conference rate.

Dormitory accommodation (limited availability)
Participants have the opportunity to stay in student dormitories located directly in the Poznań University of Technology campus. This convenient and affordable option is ideal for attendees who prefer to stay within walking distance of the conference.
The dormitory rooms provided under the conference agreement are equipped with essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. Each room contains a small refrigerator. Kettles may be available in some rooms; in other cases, they can be rented at the reception, while some rooms may not include them. All rooms are supplied with basic bathroom necessities, including towels and other toiletries, to meet the essential needs of guests.

Please inform the Organizing Committee if you wish to reserve a dormitory room - the number of rooms is limited and allocations are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
